A League Of Their Own marked a new direction for James Corden, heralding his phenomenal success as a TV host. With a unique blend of sports, comedy and entertainment, The BAFTA award-winning show made its mark on popular culture by inventing Olympian Sir Mo Farah’s ‘Mobot’, tattooing One Direction’s Niall Horan and smashing several Guinness World Records. Today, it is still one of Sky’s most successful entertainment shows. The show’s debut in 2010 smashed viewing figures, making A League of Their Own the highest-rating series on Sky One.

TThe campaign set out to lampoon glossy sportswear advertising, with a TV spot that cheekily spoofed Nike’s much-hyped Fernando Torres commercial, dominating cultural chatter.
